Apply for this type of affiliation if you are an individual employed by the commercial entity based on employment contract or civil law contract, including self-employed persons cooperating with the commercial entity, or authorised to conduct their issues on another legal basis.

Public administration officer

Apply for this type of affiliation if you are employed in a Polish unit of the Public Finance Sector.
