Requesting services available in PLGrid infrastructure

To obtain access to the required service (for example, access to the cluster), go to the Services tab in the PLGrid Portal. To activate the service, click on its name on the list and, after being redirected to the service card, use the Apply option. It may be necessary to complete the field with a brief motivation.

Activation of some services requires verification by their Manager. While awaiting verification, such service then has a status Need confirmation. Confirmation of the access service to the computing cluster may require you to hold a computing grant with allocated resources on that cluster.

Once a service is active in your account, this information (Active) is displayed on the left side next to its name in the list of services. If you wish to discontinue a given service, move to its tab and use the Deactivate button.
